.....who, me....????.......NO.......but the number is $25MM, AFTER settling with certified Claimants in the BK CT.........some $55MM............

...I think WE - WE should have APPEALED and requested a send-back for a FULL TRIAL - which WE - WE would have been granted..........the facts would have proven the SEIZURE was not justified, imo........................

...there are still some BIGS who GUARANTEED we'll see $5.50 p/s, possibly in frankie federal common stock............those BIGS also contend there could be, like criminal indictments, etc............and that the FDIC is beaten but just dragging the process out as long as possible..........................

...the only POSITIVE at this point is...................UWBKQ shareholders are getting M-O-N-E-Y..............more than 4.5 pennies per........................
