BMS# is a bio stock which is far more enticing but their share structure is also smaller. I believe their float is only 151 million. PVEC has a larger share structure and started at .0001. Takes a lot to get it out of the trips but once it is, it tends to move quicker. BMS# had a base of about .002 so they are up about 300% since putting out their news. PVEC is up 600% from its old base....
