Are you kidding me!? And what means that in the future if they keep abusing their employees and losing their highest quality pharmacists because of the pressures they keep imposing on them while lowering the their pay and creating work environments where they can't take meal breaks or use the bathroom. Do you really see this model working long term while they pay their workers crap? This thing is going to tumble, HARD. Just read the online boards of current and ex employees that seem to collectively claim this to be the worst job experience they've ever had.
