GM osprey...although I tend to agree that a major correction is most likely coming soon based solely on the fact that the screaming hot chart is way over-extended...I do have to point something out from your thoughts I disagree with as follows k>>>

Check this out Dark Side Traders - Plug Power prices registered offering of 3,902,440 shares of its common stock; shares will be sold at $5.74 per share for gross proceeds of ~ $22.4M 3/6/14

I see RED coming.......do the math.......8.27 - 5.74 = TIMBER...........$22.4M worth of dilution

You do realize that PLUG just traded over 125M shares yesterday alone...on approximately $1 BILLION dollars of dollar volume...making any dilution fears from that small offering you're referring to a complete non factor glty.
