Tobin Smith, the absolute biggest promoter of VELA (CHTL), should keep his money where his mouth is. The reason that he was FIRED from FOX News is that he was found to be in violation of his contract by getting paid to promote stocks. Was he paid to promote VELA (CHTL) also?

IF VELA [CHTL} is the "Play of the Century" [his words], then why did he sell any shares? Why didn't he accumulate as he and his NBT Research advise others to do?
