I have a questions concerning this stock. Could anybody direct me to where it states officially this company has been picked up in a reverse merger? and if so who picked it up? The SEC doesn't state any info that this happened. the last entry 7/23/13 states: FORM 15

Thats it!!! a termination no information about a reverse merger?

Looking for answers before I take a position.
