UTRM won't drop bogus PRs. Not looking for pumps. I spoke directly to AA this morning and he stated a few other key things.
- Andrew Austin is an advisor to Chris S and serves as the contact for public facing investor relations. He is a friend and advisor only, not an employee of UTRM.
- 3 Bil shares were cancelled as of 3/6. Chris S verified with transfer agent.
- r/s is not a consideration at this point as an attempt to reduce float.
- they have "several" interested partners to generate immediate revenue via the site launch on 3/28.
- preparation of the site and studio are the main focus of the next two weeks.

Andrew is an extremely professional guy with many years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. He responded quickly to my emails and returned a call to me at 6:30 am PCT. I am east coast and called quite early not knowing he was in San Diego.
