I got in at .01 and got out this week when i realized the company will be issuing another 750million shares as part of the reverse merger, hasnt anyone else read that as well ? and since the published market cap is only currently based on 250million shares once everyone stops to do the math with 1 billion shares the cap is about $113million right now!! once everyone wakes up after the reverse split and final merger doc's are published this stock will tank
