No company in history that ever filed the fatal Form 15 voluntary non-compliance with SEC filing requirements has EVER returned to re-registration and exchange listing. NONE. Not one.

NTEK filed the fatal Form 15 in 2012. It will never be uplisted. Let's be clear - NO COMPANY that ever filed the Form 15 has ever come back to be re-registered as the same entity and uplisted.

Shells that have zeroed out all existing shareholders extinguishing all issued shares, changed name, and done a complete restart under a new name with fresh shareholders may have done it, but no company that ever filed fatal Form 15 has ever made it back.

Now, a SEPARATE PROBLEM is that NTEK cannot complete an audit because Inmate #13141-111 was in charge of the financials for the period since the last SEC-filed, audited annual report which was for 2009. But Inmate #13141-111 will be in Federal prison for the next two years and unable to transact ANY business, including responding to auditor questions or providing any input for an audit. So the auditors (assuming NTEK ever really goes forward, which so far in three announcements of audits they have never done any!) will not be able to complete an audit for at least two years until the person responsible for the financials since 2009 will be unreachable in prison until 2016!

But that is immaterial, since NTEK has stated numerous times before that they intended to do an audit and retained the same auditor, but they never once actually followed through and did it.

And, arguendo, even with an audit, no company that has ever filed the fatal Form 15 has ever made it back to re-registration and listing to any exchange. The SEC has never approved any Form 15-filing company to do so.

BTW, check out the estimated delivery date on Inmate #13141-111's latest book recommendation (sadly for him, while you can get books in prison directly from Amazon or an approved vendor, you cannot bring them in or have visitors bring them - so he won't be reading this one for two years!):
