REGARDING INSIDER SELLING:

Coming back to this redundant line again because ammo is getting low? I can't wrap my head around why this same discussion continues like a broken record.

Our CEO and exec team keeps us well informed regarding the legal reasoning for these filing publicly:

Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc.
Feb 5 at 9:46am

Dear shareholders:

Per my legal obligation I have filed my forms in case I ever intend to sell some shares. Failure to file and sell is prison. I've been filing these forms for the last two years.

Bill

I am entitled to sell 1% by law every 90 days. I file forms every 90 days with the intention and I haven't sold any in two years.

@FITX_JT @dawgsays @420investments Hey Jeff: Was wondering about sale of FITX stock by you in Feb? Did wife make u sell?

Jeff Thomas ?@FITX_JT ·Feb 22
@PrvtSchoolBlogg @dawgsays @420investments Im not married, I file a 144 every 90 days to comply with all laws in case I decide to sell.

So rather than twisted facts, how about showing some facts of them filing every 90 days, but actually selling? Otherwise, discussing these forms is just blowing smoke.

Also, none of these guys take salary from the company. They have been paid in stock. They are fully deserving and are allowed to sell for some compensation for all their hard work. Do you expect them to work for free? Just because they have to legally file doesn't mean they are selling as both Bill and Jeff posted. However, even of they do sell some, they are fully deserving of it, and it would be a fraction of the total they own. Nice try, this train can't be stopped...
