People seem to be looking at this as if MJ is legal in Canada??? It is not, our laws federal and provincial, are probably further behind than US laws.... there is a big debate going on up here now to try and decriminalize, possession of very small quantities.... ie a few joints etc.... as it stands now the west coast of canada... ie British Columbia , probably has the most relaxed laws in the country. Dont get me wrong, everything this company is wanting to do is going to happen, but I do question the cost effectiveness, and peoples expectations for time lines on this project. I am still trying to get my head around the logic of setting up in Canada.
