Just so everybody is clear ... LVVV is acquiring a majority stake in RSHN as well and will be actively involved with the company. Here is the appropriate part of yesterday's PR that relates to RSHN:

"LiveWire will acquire the "CANNA RUSH" and CANNA BLISS" brands along with the formulas, intellectual property and applied-for trademarks. The acquisition will also include the licenses for the Apple Rush and Ginseng Rush brand held by RushNet Inc."


Additionally, on the conference call with investors, LVVV reps said that the plan was to bring RSHN current (as right now we are pink, no info) and "clean" or "clean up" the company to make it a more marketable asset.

They didn't go into great detail, but several investors did ask about RSHN and received similar responses to the one above, summarized as:

1) Yes, RSHN is definitely involved in this transaction
2) The plan is to bring RSHN current and "clean" up the company
3) After that, it's a bit too early in the process to say where things will go, but it's obvious that in the immediate future LVVV will be taking steps to make this much more attractive to traders/investors
4) There should be an 8-k out with details in a few days
