I have seen many otc company with no revenue and mad dilution and its still up, we have a energy stock way undervalue, generating revenues in the millions, this is the time when energy stocks start to accumulate before summer ends, with their previous and current progression and we USA is becoming more independent on our own energy, No brainer, UBRG!!!!
