You are ignoring the data that shows the % have been the same for three years. That is the data you have been quoting from but ignoring the part that doesn't fit your explanation. It is not my opinion, it is the data. Call FINRA. Like I said Shorts are involved, but not the main driver imo. Shorts are always involved
