Yes old PR but with recent developments pertaining to what's going on in Russia, there is a lot of talk about the need to develop natural gas and converting the gas into a liquid to be transported.

It takes years for these types of developments to come to fruition but this is some good insight into explaining the acquisitions.

Still speculation but better than no explanation. Fracking!
