Spoke to SKTO/AEGY attorney Jeff Benz last night, "AVNE only got intellectual property rights" in that deal with I-Equity, SKTO/AEGY have no affiliation with them and do not know what is going on over there.

He is told me he is unaware of any SEC issues with SKTO/AEGY.

He stated "They do not pump these stocks".

Merger is proceeding to board level discussions between the two corporations.
