Then why have a Pre production press release? None of Sparkee cars have been produced. Press release says they won't be delivered until June 2014 and this is March 2014. Cars not built so why not announce when built so that delivery produces income? They are acting just like old ZAP company.. empty press releases that only serve to churn the stock . If they want to move like other companies they will stop pre-press releases and only issue when they have product delivered or enroute..
