Jonway Bought ZAP Shell Reverse Merger transferred all patents to Jonway via Cathaya LP [3rd party -Chinese owned] Then 3rd party , (and now CEO) has all power in CHINA and is recognized by PRC= Chinese govt as being a 51% owned company by Chinese. Thenew ZAP Jonway company has removed the American executives from the board and the company. You still want to call it that ZAP bought Jonway.. Zap didn't have money or stock to buy Jonway.. Zhiejing Jonway is a merger of 2 shell corporations.. one from ZAP one from Jonway. Zap jonway doesn't exist in China..and is not on any banking loans.
