I had not before noticed paragraph #11 in that court document:

11. That the court establish a constructive trust upon the assets and accounts of Defendants;

Several people have justifiably raised the issue that even if PPJ wins their lawsuit, they still have to collect on the judgement.

If PPJ gets the court to agree to paragraph 11, collection is no longer an issue. The court simply creates an order that the assets of the Defendant (Grewal), in the amount of the judgement now belong to the Plaintiff (PPJ). Every bank and other financial MUST obey such an order, and transfer funds to the plaintiff. The title of all property subject to a court ordered constructive trust would be transferable without any interference or participation by the defendant.

The point which I am unclear about is how that works if PPJ gets the 50% possession of Grewal's clinic, as requested. The owner list on the title would undoubtedly be modified to include PPJ, but without Grewal's consent as a partial owner, no changes to the property could occur. However, PPJ would still receive the monetary awards, as the court decides, automatically.
