PPS has been pushed to these low levels IMO because the gains will be much greater, if or when the positive news many are expecting comes out. Remember if it can be depressed to .002 then even a rise to .004 is a 100% gain, if it goes to .01 then that is a 400% gain, if it goes to .03 it would be a 1300% gain. It has popped that high quickly in the past.
Great buying position here at .003 or greater, this has the potential for news to happen.
Some will say it also has the potential to have the company do a R/S or increase the AS. I believe that the backlash this would cause to it's clients would make this option unpalatable to the company, and therefore not likely.
