...all NOL's were taken in 2011 - - hence the $4.4MM ITR.......BK negates any further carry-forwards - - which is why we waited until 2012 to file the TR's, then we filed the BK........................

...WE - WE allowed THE BANK to drop the APPEAL because it was in our "best interests"...................hello.........?????....

...btw, nobody wants the $4.4MM.......imagine that.........and this BK process might last another year because UWBKQ had $43,000 in cash to distribute.....................and the BK Trustees made a special request of all Claimants to file re-claims.........WTF........in the event that there were any undefined proceeds to DISTRIBUTE...............HARVEY just might have about $50MM after filling coffins numbered 1 thru 7..................with FDIC chits........................

...the real FUN hasn't even BEGUN.....................that's when the cash starts getting piled in corridor number EIGHT............
