its the new support merely because it didnt break it and stopped at it 2 times because it was a resistance. All full dollar amounts are resistance or supports in penny land. Yesterday it traded under 5.00 for a minimal trade, sooooo yes 5.00 is a support.. heres the chart.

couldnt break twice.. barely broke yesterday so the large candle is formed above 5.00 and today touched 5.00. Support confirmed..
