According to IR..
This is a complex transaction involving two acquisitions, a reverse merger and a spin off its their belief that this is just a review of the paperwork. This belief is further reinforced by the fact no SEC requests or other actions have been filed by the SEC.

I suggest you call and talk to them rather than insult them. They will answer your questions
