MY THEORY:
I wanted to share this with everyone and get your thoughts. I am in no way an expert but wanted to throw this out there and wanted to see if this connection between SGLB and GE is correct.

GE will buy a metal 3DP like Arcam Q20 (http://www.arcam.com/arcam-today-launches-arcam-q20-a-new-ebm-system-specifically-designed-for-cost-efficient-manufacturing-of-aerospace-related-components/) for example, which was made specifically for Aerospcae and "hack" it. They take Arcam Q20 apart and modify to meet their needs ( their is no industry standard 3DP for aerospace so GE will try and create one). They want the most efficient/reliable/accurate machine in order to print future parts for their planes. Once they have taken Arcam Q20 apart they will "hack" it with Sigma Labs PrintRite3D for in process quality review. Once they have created a machine that has a mish mash of Arcam Q20 and Sigma Labs PrintRite3D they will "report back to the manufacturer what it did to the printer, which ultimately improves the technology for the entire industry". Sigma Labs will be associated with this movement and can see real exposure.
