Does anyone have a 'responsible' answer to......

Why / which shares are in the float?

Meaning..... it seems that most if not all of the 'newer' O/S have gone to notes convertible (Magna, Asher, Southridge, etc..) but obviously only some of them are part of the float (just over 1 bil).
Latest filings show Cede & Co. having 3+ bil shares....are these held by one entity or simply all the shares held in trust for the ones that us as traders have purchased? ....(seeing as there were only a handful of shareholders of record as of last month)?
Are the convertible notes restricted (shares) for a certain period of time?

(Yes I have looked into Cede & CO and what it may represent...but there are some differing views .... even some conspiracy theories regarding it/them....)

Also, does anyone know if Alan Bailey's 67+ mil shares were acquired by David Michery? ... it appears as such.

TIA,

Nate
