There will be no double taxation Honeycomb, you will pay your Canadian taxes but receive a credit for the amount, there is a form to fill out of course, I believe IRS form 1116, my sister is a CPA and she confirmed this for me.

I have a suspicion that our last financing, if it happens won't be very painful at all thanks to warrants being exercised and a higher share price. The most recent warrant that was offered has the same strike price as TMD.WT.A and expires just a few months later, I believe it has such a short shelf life due to the fact that the folks at Titan are already planning on having a number of these exercised and would like a better chance of having the cash when it is really needed most.

Oh and remember Long term gains can be taken on the warrants as well, you don't need to exercise them to do this.
