Yeah right, reverse splits are awesome. Then the up listing will increase share price 10 times. If it was that easy their would be no OTC stocks. Simple plan, dilute, reverse split and become rich as a NASDAQ company, NOT. Most of these reverse split otcs have MULTPLE reverse splits. This is a sign of incompetence.
Personally , I doubt NASDAQ would allow a company with so many shenanigans swirling around to be listed on their exchange at any price involving a reverse split.
