What recourse do we have for criminal prosecutions?



Not absolutely sure, but I think we might find that only the DOJ could file suit and I don't think that's going to happen, regardless of the party in power. The POLS have to much to lose and nada to gain. Let's just be happy if the Courts side with the Constitution (and thus we shareholders). Even then the POLS would be happy - between the Feds and the States they wind up with about 30% of our gain(and maybe more if you live in CA, NY, NJ or MA.
