1) Dilution would show accumulation chart in a down direction.

2) The O/S was diluted last December 2005 by approx 385-500 million shares by MMs doing their NSS shuffle. This dilution was not Company dilution and was illegal.

3) Since the rec-date on the dividends we have all seen duplicate mirrored sells for buys which causes a (double whammy on the volume chart). This was sideways trading at its best to hide the NSS from the T+3 requirement. By constantly shuffling back and forth between the MMs...these shares go unnaccounted for and also increases the volume falsely in an exponential fashion.

4) Yet Accumulation increased while the real volume on a daily basis, was much less than what was posted through erroneous transactions.

5) Now combine erroneous transactions to manually lower pps to scare out real shares for MMs to cover and shorty bashers who unabashedly lie about BKMP in an attempt to momo with the MMs and you will quickly see the real reasons for high volume and low pps valuation.

6) Again, accumulation increases and keeps rising into an apex...Bollinger Bands are tightening, combine that with us witnessing MM manipulation with mirrored sells for buys and Alexandar warning the MMs the 'restricted dividends' were off limits for them to use to cover 1:6 their shorts and you have a decent argument against dilution by the company.

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
