to pull it, for confirmation, even though I had seen it in the SEC filings before... Pretty cool... While I have your attention, here are a few suggestions:

+ Here another Great Free SEC Link, even though you need to register the first time: http://www.secinfo.com/

+ Share Structure of Pinkies would be welcome...

+ One year Chart Link didn't work today... You may want to add Clearstation...

+ In the OTC-BB Corporate Profile, the Chart is one month old and kind of "crappy" looking...

Other than that, I find the new system very useful for quick research of a stock...
