Question on the stock price with merger.

Since we are merging and not being aquired, does the current stock price really matter? If not, then it would make sense to keep any "shock and awe" PRs until we are trading on the OTC BB. Why waste them in Pinkyland if it does not matter? (Don't get me wrong, I am long and believe this is undervalued.) I am just trying to figure out why they are still silent on their sales figures?
