I noticed a few posters weren't happy with the fact that Nader seems to be favoring investors that were holding before the crash. I know exactly what Nader is doing. This is a legal tactic that I have seen attorneys use in group lawsuits in order to increase settlements on cases that had less damages.
Focus the attention on investors that were hardest hit during the crash. The police union, retirees, and hard working Americans who thought there investments were safe. In the court of public opinion, we really don't matter. We are the shareholders that have profited 1000% in the last year.
Rest assured that when Nader succeeds , all investors win. Let him use the real victims to tug on the heart strings of American people.
