To elaborate, i work for a real estate owner and developer. We're developing the land adjacent to the Hudson Yards project on the west side of Manhattan. They call it "Manhattan West", how clever.

The article mentions 1.2MW for the first commercial tower at Hudson Yards. RSP says the total order so far is in the 6MW range.
