Has MMRF and/or anyone here give a clue what price has been set for licensing said patents, (except for Wholefoods may be used as a precedent price), what power at negotiation table did MMRF have to set a price? If any $$$ was even paid for said patents license..
Purchase can mean anything, and like said here several times, all know how twisted words are...maybe paid court costs was the purchase...LOL

There has been no prices/$$ amounts stated from licensing of others, the letters sent out and so forth..
This is absolutely no mans land when it comes to a $$$$ amount..
And hope you can find it in a 10q...
show me where any other license amounts from a specific company that has paid already for the use of patents in a 10q, and how much?
WACO/MBG doesn't count.
