I see a lot of excited investors here today. But I really have to ask, what is LVVV actually getting from this acquisition.

A couple of made up names with no product on the market.
"LiveWire will acquire the "CANNA RUSH" and CANNA BLISS" brands along with the formulas, intellectual property and applied-for trademarks."
The licenses of Apple Rush and Ginseng Rush not the ownership.
60% of a bloated AS stock with a checkered past. We're talking billions of shares.
A CEO with a criminal history. Cook County has a lot of answers for those willing to do a little digging.
An accountant with a criminal past.

I especially loved this line.
"We are excited to join the LiveWire family," commented Robert Corr of Apple Rush.
Of course you are Bob, must be real lonely in your world.

So, any answers would be appreciated. Because I have been asking myself all day, "Bill, what were you thinking?"
