Just Spoke to Mr. Benz.

SKTO/AEGY have no relationship with AVNE.

He stated he has no idea why AVNE got suspended but speculated that it may have something to do with the PR that was released by them on Feb. 26, 2014.

He immediately replied that SKTO had no knowledge of the AVNE release and responded with clarification the next day Feb. 27th.

He is unaware of any action coming from the SEC to SKTO/AEGY.

He stated specifically "AVNE only got the intellectual property in the deal and thats all."

They are moving forward with the merger.
