I think what you will see is if the 0004s pick up some momentum, some large holder will drop and move the ask up. We just need the 0004s to be bought at a better rate. Once this happens then we will see this thing move. It might be slow but like others said if the pr is right, then who knows where this will end up. Also the amount of shorts in this is very high which could also mean a bigger move if that can't cover.
