Excellent post lesgetrich - and an example of a great combination of real DD and a logical thought process. The other angle of this regarding uplisting is that depending on how this runs a reverse split may not be necessary on MCIG after the VCIG stock issuance. I realize the uphill climb (+1.20 pps min), but seeing as I bought my first shares of MCIG in late January for about 0.21 pps and it has run up almost 300%, I like the odds here.
