First post BillyT posted with some accurate points. All 3 of the callers were horrible. Caller #1 asked ONE question and it took 10 minutes. Caller #2 asked TWO questions... both about the NO R/S. Caller 3 who I assume was BillyT himself went something like this.. and this is paraphrasing, but not a joke...

Hello Mr. Michaels. Oh my gosh, I can't believe I'm actually talking to you. I don't really have any questions. I just wanted to say hi. It's really great to be talking to you. You're doing such a great job. Oh my gosh, is it really you Peter? (fans self)... So yeah, this is just really great. Well, I guess I have one question...do you want to be friends?

It was pretty ridiculous to say the least.
