Cosmo....funding, of course, is everybody's main concern. As I understand it, it could be anyday, never, or most probably somewhere in between the two. This, cloudiness, is not because of any legitamacy of Embarq, but rather, the climate of business today.

There are many "garbage" financing deals out there that New Vis. can take. BUT, that is NOT the goal of the company and taking those loans could potentially ruin shareholder value. And so, we wait patiently. The Mercatus deal is alive and pending (again tommorrow, next month?) and is (again IMO) our best current option.

Along the lines of great news, if you see New Vis. annouce a solid funding package, it will again (IMO) be time to tell your friends enthusiastically about New Vis. because progression will follow relatively quickly after that.

One other thing. I beleieve that any revenues generated from SIL will be used to continue to clean up the balance sheet and also continue tech research as both are important. Brad did mention to look out for the Q2 finacial report as it will continue to show this "cleaning up" of the balance sheet.
