K DOG The OS is somewhere in the 1.5 to 2 Billion range. AS is 10B so there is plenty of room to grow. If I can get a current number I'll post it, otherwise have to wait for the 10K. Apr or May.

You can bet that anyone lending money to VELA is getting paid in shares as has been clearly pointed out by IsaacIronridge. Problem is twofold as the hedge funds get the shares at a discount and dump them as soon as they can. Hence - dilution. It is all in the SEC Filings.
