...was told 2+ years ago that the SEC is CONTROLLING the trading of UWBKQ...................per Dodd-Frank..................some provision allowing the SEC to CONTROL securities trading when special circumstances are present - - particularly when a government entity is somehow involved.............................

...this would not preclude a nice, handsome GENT with small ones from selling UWBKQ for 3 dirty pennies..............however, try buying a million shares..................no chance..........total lockout......and insider trading laws..............hello....??????
