Yes this is a phase III clinical trial I'm well aware. They're going to need thousands of patients to compare this to other industry standard pancreatic treatments and that is going to take a lot of time and a lot of money, and it's also no guarantee smart guy. Getting FDA approval for something like this could drag on a long time until they have satisfied all safety and efficacy standards.
