AVNE is going to sue who? why they can't even file their paperwork right. they did a reverse split back a few years ago too. that got the sec attention. they have a co. buying another co. shares but that co. has got the same atty as the other co. benz ,who obviously doesn't understand how the sec works today. 6 yrs ago the sec put down mandates and cautions and controls. 1. any co. that wants to do r/s are subject to scam investigation, 2. any co. that threatens to forward split had better be a co. that actually reports and makes money, the others are considered scam manipulation to circumvent the market place , or the market makers. 3. any co. that is buying another co 100% stock had better not be related in ANY WAY TO THE CO. IN QUESTION FOR TAKE OVER OTHERWISE IT IS CONSTRUED AS AN OBVIOUS SCAM.
THIS CO. IS RUN BY THREE STOOGES WHO CANNOT WILL NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THINGS WORK TODAY THUS GREY SHEETS..
IF ANY LAW SUITS WERE TO HAPPEN IT SHOULD BE THE SHAREHOLDER BASE SUING TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK FOR THEIR LOSSES FROM THE INSIDERS..LIKE BENZ AND THE OTHER TWO STOOGES IMO.
