what do the utterances of the longs on the pphm board have to do with the science?

the question is... is the PS a real upstream checkpoint? if so, might pphm's product, when combined with proven anti-cancer treatments, improve outcomes?

that is what the discussion should be about, not delusional posters.

as was previously stated on this board, novel drugs have 2 strikes against them...but some prove to be effective and blaze useful paths. most folks think cocktails will be the answer in making progress in oncology...pphm is only saying that they think their product will be useful in such cocktails...

on what grounds is this upstream checkpoint being dismissed here?
