"Substantive discussions with NASDAQ/NYSE" can begin after tomorrow when our money from the latest financing deal arrives. (2 or 3 million?) I think Gerald has been lining up his ducks in a row in order to qualify for up listing ASAP!

PACKAGE DEAL: 1) Multiple Pre-Up listing catalysts, 2) Increase in PPS, 3) Reverse Split, 4) Up listing to NASDAQ, 5) Multiple Post-Up listing catalysts.

This process must be ORCHESTRATED and I think the Conductor has just stepped up to the rostrum!!
