That's because there are other people in front of you in the line trying to sell their 1's.. It's first come first serve basis. Also, right now there's not that many buyers either, so it will take some time. If something is going on with UWS then maybe this will move, the crazy volume that occurred recently isn't for nothing. We will find out. In penny land, Volume precedes price.
