Mr. Bolduc likes to tout "everything we have told investors has come true, albeit perhaps a little longer than we expected". That is another misleading statement in that Mr. Bolduc consistently employs the illegitimate distortion of the record such that certain historical events comply with current/future circumstance.

He has been playing this game at investors expense for years now......

and the main reason he should be removed from his position as CEO, and replaced without further delay.
