A) You know Sandy bought it down to 2.5 Billion so that would have been redundat.

B) 385-500 is a guess.....that is self evident...no fact there..how could there be? Unless you question the actuall occurence and then I can resort to Alexander and Accumulation chart to show circumstantial evidence.

C) Accumulation chart is a bad chart for bashers. Just look what osignal just showed with USXP!
