if you read the hit letter from seeking alpha it openly gives the disclaimer that he has a short position on NVLX.......and thus the BASHING and lack of positive details for Longs...

i dont know how, there must be a loophole or exception for some.......but there definitely are shorters..........maybe they "short for the day" and forget to cover,,,,, and are happy to pay the penalty later on a short profit.

there is a reason why all the big firms....goldman sachs......merril lynch..etc.........all pay huge fines/penalties................and every year they continue to do shady things because their gains have mostly outweighed the penalties.
